Charges vary according to the level of rent and the length of the tenancy. Finding a tenant fast is well worth the cost spent on our tenant finder service, and you can be confident the tenant will have passed our credit checks and searches.
Option B: RENT COLLECTION
SERVICE (Includes tenant finding)
Allows joint management of the tenancy by both landlord and agent.
We collect the rent throughout the tenancy and chase it if arrears accrue and process/exchange Section 21 form.
We collect deposits and hold them in official deposit schemes (Legally required). Link to my deposit etc.
The landlord handles their own property maintenance and allows for the opportunity of checking on their property.
We also handle renewals, utility transfers and terminations.
Option C: FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Our most comprehensive service.
Favored by landlords who wish to take no part in the letting of their property and only wish to receive a monthly income from it. This Service is also favored by overseas landlords.
Collection of rent, deposit handling, tenant find, transfer of utilities, renewals and terminations, processing and exchange of Section 21 form
Handling all property maintenance including quarterly management inspection visits to the property and the submission of a report.
