How are tenant deposits handled?
- A security deposit is taken by Hallway LTD and held either by the deposit protection service, or by the landlord (If held by the landlord, details of the government scheme it will be held with will be provided). If It is protected by The Deposit Protection Service, for further information please visit: http://www.depositprotection.com/. The security deposit is equivalent to five week’s rent. WE DO NOT HOLD ANY DEPOSITS in our client account
