Taking in a Lodger can be a daunting prospect but if handled properly and professionally a rewarding one for Landlord and Tenant.

Market your property to potential lodgers through our Internet portal, Rightmove.co.uk, and Globrix.

Step 1 - Log the details of your Room to Let
Step 2 - Add your contact details
Step 3 - Secure Payment via Paypal/Debit or Credit Card
Step 4 - We will advertise, take enquires and pass them directly on to you
Step 5 - Should you require it, we will take and process references
Step 6 - Should you require it, we will hold a security deposit and arrange the tenancy agreement

Complete the secure property registration form (see the link below) to submit your room for rent. Once your room has been submitted to us, you will need to pay securely by Credit/Debit card to complete the process.

Your property will be uploaded to Rightmove and Globrix. All responses will be forwarded on to you directly and for urgent enquires we will call you directly. On average we have found that our Landlords have around 2 to 5 enquiries per day depending on the market and price of the property.

We will continue to market your property for 30 days or until you have let your property. In the unlikely event that your room is not let within this 30 days you can renew your listing on-line, each month thereafter for just £15.00  per month.
